Free Chinese Traditionnal characters to Chinese Simplified characters or Vice Versa Converter software.

a) Download the software from the following URL:
b)Installation Guidelines
  1. Unzip the zip file into any suitable location in your computer's hard drive.

  2. You will get either a red color BabelPadNT.exe program icon or a red color BabelPad9X.exe icon dependent on the type of zip file you have chosen during the earlier step.

  3. Double click the icon，you will get a Microsoft Word alike user interface.

  4. Copy and paste the Chinese characters you wish to convert to another encoding format into the program interface.

  5. From the main menu, click "Edit" followed by "Select All" to select all the texts/characters you are going to change their encoding format.

  6. From the main menu,

    select "Convert -- > Chinese --> To Traditional Characters"

    OR

    select "Convert -- > Chinese --> To Simplified Characters"
    to switch the characters into your target encoding format.
