My opinion on Anwar and Najib's alleged sexual scandals

I would say that Anwar is really a very smart strategist.

Whether he had actually sodomized Saiful, he had successfully undermined the integrity of PDRM (who responsible to probe the case and collect evidence) and Attorney General's office (who responsible to prosecute the defendant based on the evidence collected by PDRM) by :-

1) Highlighting the double standard practised by the above duo against him and Najib Tun Razak (following today's explosive revelation)

2) Questioning the credibility and accountability of PDRM and incumbent Attorney General by filing a police report over their alleged misconduct during Anwar's trial 10 years ago.

Although I am strongly against any political motivated allegation to assassinate one's political carreer, I am disagreed to let Anwar to be exempted from undergoing normal PDRM "full suite" investigation procedure (based on the police report lodged by the so-called victim) just because he has commanded the lopsided public's trust in his innocence and any prosecution against him will cause greater public outcry against BN.

To let Najib to bypass police investigation is totally against the principle of rule of law, however, to let Anwar to be exempted from any investigation procedure is also implicating the same situation. Which one to be prevailed, Najib, Anwar or Rule of Law ?
